Shipping policy

At Vancouver Island Lash Supply Co, we aim to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide, ensuring that we always provide the highest responsiveness levels to you.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Vancouver Island Lash Supply Co and Canada Post or Fed-Ex process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. Canada orders are shipped by Canada Post, and US Orders are by Fed Ex or Canada Post. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Shipping windows are based on business days.
  • Covid-19 / Flooding: Due to Covid-19 / Flooding, most shipping companies will not guarantee shipping times; thus, we can not offer any guarantees, so please keep this in mind when placing an order.
  • Expedited Shipping: Your order will be shipped same-day during business hours. Expedited Shipping is only being done through Canada Post at this time and does not guarantee a faster delivery time to some parts of the country. 
  • Free Shipping: When offered on orders is, $200 before taxes AND after any qualifying discounts. It cannot be combined with any other discount option unless otherwise posted or expressed at the time of purchase.
  • We Insure all packages for $100, and any issues with lost or undelivered package claims need to be made through the Shipping company, i.e. Canada Post, that the package was shipped from in a timely matter.  We will supply you with an email confirmation of when the item or items are shipped, and you will also receive an email when delivered.  Please ensure your info is correct so that issues can be addressed promptly with the shipping company, as there is a limited window to make a claim. In the event of a claim, you must speak to the shipping company to confirm specific details, i.e. package not received or damaged. Any failure to participate in the claim process will result in a claim being denied. Vancouver Island Lash Supply Co will not honour any replacements or refunds without a claim approved by the shipping company handling the investigation. We will keep you informed and supply you with the claim ticket when the claim is submitted and do our best to update you through the claim process.
  • We offer Free Pick up at our Johnson Street Wharehouse Location; select "Pick-up" at checkout.  Orders are usually ready within 24 hours during business hours. We will supply you with an email and times when you can pick up your order.
